We are Fundraising
Help us rebuild the Nook
Our current space is no longer serving us. The building has reached the end of its life - it is aging, failing, and limiting what we can do. To keep giving back to this community we need a new, functional, accessible space.
Donate to our building fundMonthly Silent Auction
Bid in our Silent Auction
Each month, a local organization is chosen to receive the proceeds from a silent auction held inside the store. 16-20 items are placed on display at the Nook on the first of the month. All bids must be added in person.
Tap any item to see its description. All bids must be placed in person at the Nook.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about donating, shopping, and visiting the Nook.
We appreciate clean, dry and odourless re-usable donations of household items, clothing, and hardware. Bring all clean re-usable items to the counter at the back of the store and check in with a volunteer to have a quick look at the items to be sure all are eligible to be sold. They will advise alternative places if they are unable to take items. Please bring donations early in the day and not close to the 2:20 closing time.
Dirty, stained, broken, mouldy, or items with an odour are not re-sellable. Please dispose in your own garbage. Since the Nook has to pay for garbage removal, this helps the Nook provide more funds to the community.
Please bring donations as early as possible during open hours. We prefer to receive larger loads prior to 1:45 p.m.
Please bring all hardware and electrical cords for your items. It is difficult to re-sell items that are incomplete.
